Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All customers will be required to keep a card on file. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment, you are considered a no show, and will be charged for the full price of your service scheduled. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be considered a no show. If you come in with makeup for any service that requires a clean face, you will be turned away and charged full price of the service. No refunds.
